What is a domestic investigation?
Domestic investigations cover everything from infidelity cases and custody cases to locating absentee parents or simply helping families find long lost relatives. The large majority of cases I experienced in my time in law enforcement had some domestic relations aspect to them. So many of these cases drag out over extensive periods of time and most often it comes down to which parent can’t afford to pay their attorney any longer. The quickest way to end up in a custody case is typically related to infidelity.
